As always we want you to love your items from Brooke's, if you are not satisfied the sooner you contact us the better!


Return Policy

  • All returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED with ALL original tags.
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke, have stains or appear to have been worn will not be accepted to return under ANY condition.
  • All shoes must be in original box and when shipping back you must place the shoes inside of another box to protect from any damage. Any shoe boxes with shipping labels placed directly on the box will not be accepted.

Brooke's Boutique reserves the right to reject any return due to any reason listed above. You have 7 days from the date your order shows delivered to return back for store credit.

When returning merchandise you will receive store credit only

Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be applied to your account.


  • Standard shipping within the United States is $6.95 
  • Free shipping on any orders over $99 in the United States 
All orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and packaged before they ship from the Boutique 
Brooke's Boutique is not responsible for:
  • Any lost packages due to USPS. The US post office will be responsible once we ship the packages 
  • Delays with USPS

If you believe you have received an item with a defect please contact our customer service department at within 3 business days. After 3 business days, your order will no longer be eligible for a return under any circumstances.
